Here’s an idea of what sort of training I’ve been doing to get ready for both my triathlon and overall health! My training program is loosely based on beginnertriathlete.com’s Original Sprint program. It’s a x2 program, which means I swim, bike and run twice a week. I say “loosely” because, as we all know, life often gets in the way. I have a whacky work schedule that has me working at all times of the day, so I like to plan my workouts on a weekly basis.
