Oatmeal and Yogurt Parfait
~ 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
~ 2/3 cup water
~ mixed berries (grapes are good too!)
~ 1/3 – 1/2 cup yogurt
~ 1/4 cup fiber cereal or granola
Cook oatmeal with water, and use as bottom layer. Then put berries on top of oatmeal, cover in yogurt, and sprinkle cereal on top.

Apple Butter Oatmeal

~ 1/2 cup dry oatmeal
~ 1 cup water
~ 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped into small pieces
~ 1/3 cup cottage cheese
~ 1 tbsp apple butter
~ cinnamon
~ sweetner of choice (optional)
Cook oatmeal and apple pieces together until you reach a desired consistency. Stir in cottage cheese, apple butter, a couple pinches of cinnamon and sweetener. Meant to be enjoyed in bed!

Chai Tea Oats
Steep 2 chai tea bags in 1/2 cup boiling water then add:
~ 1/2 cup milk
~ 1/2 cup oats
~ 1 small green apple
Once cooked, add:
~ 1 tsp honey
~ 2 tbsp raisins
~ 1/4 cup cottage cheese
~ cinnamon and nutmeg

Maple Nut Oats
~ 1/2 cup rolled oats
~ 1 cup water
~ 1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder
~ pinch cinnamon
~ 1/2 banana
~ sunflower seeds
~ pecans
~ drizzle maple syrup
~1 tbsp sunflower seed butter

~ 1/4 cup oat bran
~ 1/4 cup rolled oats
~ 1 1/3 cups water
~ 1/2 banana
~ 1/2 scoop chocolate whey powder
~ unsweetened coconut
~ dark chocolate chips
~ crunchy peanut butter
