Well, I did it. I ran 6 miles on the treadmill today! Yay!! That is officially my longest distance to date. To be honest, it wasn’t as easy as last week’s 5 miles (I use the term “easy” loosely here). But I plowed through, doing it in 61:50. Here’s what my HRM had to say:
